The space

The well-designed layout includes four bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower cabin, bidet, and ample closet space. Two of the bedrooms are double bedrooms—one furnished with a double bed and the other with two singles—while the fourth room offers a comfortable space with a medium-sized bed.

A second full bathroom with a shower cabin is conveniently shared among the occupants. In the living room, a sofa-bed provides additional sleeping space, and the fully equipped kitchen boasts all necessary appliances, as well as a complete set of plates, glasses, and utensils.

The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a sofa, dining table, small side table, TV, TV furniture, and tasteful decorations. The highlight of this residence is the private terrace, featuring two tables, a small sofa, and unobstructed, breathtaking sea views. Guest access
Exclusive access to the apartment is granted solely to registered guests. The utilization of communal areas within the building is strictly prohibited. Parking access is subject to discussion and must be arranged prior to arrival.

Kindly note that this property is an exclusive and self-contained unit situated in the most prestigious residential building in the area.

Guidelines are in place to maintain a tranquil environment, including the Strict Prohibition of:

1) Parties.
2) Noise after 22:00.
3) Smoking within the apartment (cigarettes permitted solely on the terrace).
4) Smoking of any substances, including weed, both within the apartment and on the terrace.
5) Having pets inside.
6) The use of communal areas within the building.
7) Bringing unauthorized visitors. All guests must be registered during the check-in process with their passport details, even if they arrive later, whether on the same day or several days after the initial guests' arrival.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate removal of guests from the apartment, with no refund of the amount paid for the entire stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all residents and guests.

Smoking Policy & Fine:

Smoking cigarettes inside the apartment or smoking any substances, including cannabis, anywhere in the apartment or on the terrace, is strictly prohibited. A fine of 400 euros will be applied for any violation.

2) Late check-in fee of 50€ for check-ins after 21:00.
