CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancel more than 30 days before your check-in date and receive a complete refund of all amounts paid, with no deductions or fees.
Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before check-in are non-refundable. All amounts paid will be forfeited.
Failure to arrive on the confirmed check-in date without prior written notice will be treated as a cancellation. No refund will be issued and all amounts paid will be forfeited.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–14 business days, depending on the payment method used.
All refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction and returned to the original payment method only.
The cancellation window is calculated from the date of your written cancellation request to your confirmed check-in date, based on Barcelona local time (CET/CEST).
