About The Blue Diamond

Sea views from every angle and a corner terrace that stretches to 75m² - this 140m² apartment comfortably fits groups of up to 8. Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and free private parking, set within one of the most established and safe residential buildings in the area, with 24/7 security and concierge on site.

Layout
The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a bathtub, shower cabin, and bidet, plus built-in wardrobe space. Two further bedrooms each have a double bed - one standard double, one with two single beds. The fourth bedroom has a medium-sized bed. A second bathroom with a shower cabin is shared between the remaining rooms.

Space to gather
The living area has a sofa that folds out into a bed for two, a dining table, TV, and comfortable, unfussy furnishings. The kitchen has everything needed for proper cooking - appliances, cookware, plates, glasses, and utensils all included.

The terrace
Seventy-five square metres wrapping around the corner of the building - two tables, a sofa, open sky, and unobstructed views of the sea and city. Gets sun throughout the day.

Pool
The building has a communal pool available to all guests - a useful bonus after a day out in Barcelona.

Parking
One private parking space is included - straightforward to use and worth having this close to the beach.

Neighbourhood
The apartment sits on the edge of Poblenou, Barcelona's most creative and authentic beachside district. Llevant Beach is a 10-minute walk - relaxed, family-friendly, and used mostly by locals rather than tourists. Rambla del Poblenou stays lively at all hours with independent cafés, tapas bars, and restaurants. IDEAL Digital Art Centre and the monthly Palo Alto market are both minutes away, and the CCIB - one of southern Europe's largest convention centres - is close enough to make this an easy base for conferences and business travel. The L4 metro reaches the Gothic Quarter and Sagrada Família in under 15 minutes.

HOUSE RULES
This is an exclusive, self-contained unit in one of the area's most prestigious residential buildings. To keep the environment quiet and comfortable for everyone, the following is strictly prohibited: 1. Parties or events. 2. Noise after 22:00. 3. Smoking inside the apartment (cigarettes permitted only on the terrace). 4. Smoking of any substances, including weed and shisha, both inside the apartment and on the terrace. 5. Keeping pets inside the apartment. 6. Unauthorized use of communal areas. Pool access is available with prior notice to the Host. 7. Bringing unregistered visitors. All guests must be registered at check-in with valid passport details - including anyone arriving later the same day or on subsequent days. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the apartment, with no refund for the remainder of the stay. Smoking Policy & Fine
Smoking cigarettes inside the apartment, or smoking any substances (including cannabis) anywhere in the apartment or on the terrace, is strictly prohibited. A violation will result in a 400 euro fine.

City tax: 10.45 euro per adult, per day - payable in cash on arrival. Late check-in fee: 50 euro for check-ins after 21:00.
