The Sunset Penthouse

The name says it all. The Sunset Penthouse is where the Barcelona sky puts on its best show - and you have a front-row seat from not one but three private terraces, including a jacuzzi terrace off the master bedroom with the Mediterranean stretching out in front of you. 180m², four bedrooms, and space for up to 8 guests across one of the most thoughtfully laid-out penthouses in the building.

Layout
Two master bedrooms, each with its own private terrace and en-suite bathroom — bathtub, bidet, and wardrobe included. The third bedroom has a double bed; the fourth has two single beds. A third full bathroom with a shower-bath serves the remaining rooms.

Space to gather
The living area is relaxed and unpretentious — sofa, dining table, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance, plate, glass, and utensil you could need.

The terraces
Three outdoor spaces, each with its own purpose. One master bedroom opens onto a furnished sitting terrace with open city and sea views. The other steps out to something rarer — a private jacuzzi terrace facing the Mediterranean, with nothing between you and the horizon. The third terrace is the shared space: a table with chairs, all-day sun, and panoramic views of both the sea and the Barcelona skyline.

Pool
On top of the jacuzzi, the building's communal pool is also available to all guests.

Neighbourhood
The apartment sits on the edge of Poblenou, Barcelona's most creative and authentic beachside district. Llevant Beach is a 10-minute walk - relaxed, family-friendly, and used mostly by locals rather than tourists. Rambla del Poblenou stays lively at all hours with independent cafés, tapas bars, and restaurants. IDEAL Digital Art Centre and the monthly Palo Alto market are both minutes away, and the CCIB — one of southern Europe's largest convention centres — is close enough to make this an easy base for conferences and business travel. The L4 metro reaches the Gothic Quarter and Sagrada Família in under 15 minutes.
